- Combine all ingredients except buns in 4-qt slow-cooker. Cook, covered on high 5 to 6 hrs or possibly till very tender. Drain and slice or possibly shred pork, serve on buns with additional barbecue sauce, if you like.
- Note: Pork can be made 1 to 2 days ahead, cover and chill. Reheat before serving.
