- While the meat is cooling to room temperature, cook the noodles according to the directions.
- To serve, arrange the food in the following manner, a bowl for each diner: Place some cucumbers and lettuce in the bottom of each bowl, then sprinkle on some of the mint and coriander. Distribute the noodles among the 6 bowls. Place the beef over the noodles. Sprinkle with more mint and parsley, plus the roasted minced peanuts. Add in a few pcs of shredded warm pepper on top and decorate with a sprig of coriander.
- Serve with a bowl of nuoc cham or possibly nuoc leo.
