1 (16 ounce.) can tomato sauce 1 c. ketchup 1 c. water 1 minced onion

4 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 pound stewing beef

Инструкции

1. Assemble all ingredients in a crock pot and let cook, uncovered, all day. Serve over rice. Serve 4.
2. I substitute chicken breasts chunks for the beef and it is really delicious.
