3-5 pound roast beef 1 c. onion, diced 1/2 tbsp. black pepper 3/4 c. ketchup 1 tbsp. chili pwdr

1 c. green peppers 1 c. celery 1 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Инструкции

1. Cut roast into small pcs. Roast in roaster 300-325 degrees for about 4 hrs. If roasting in one roast size, roast for about 6 hrs.
2. Add in brown sugar and barbecue sauce to taste after meat has shredded and you are able to stir mix in. Feeds approximately 4-6 people.
