  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/4 c. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. ketchup

  1. Mash garlic and salt together in a bowl. Combine with remaining ingredients.
  2. Brush Cornish Hen with sauce every 10 min for about 45 min or possibly till tender.
