1 tsp tarragon vinegar
1 tsp crushed garlic (or possibly chopped onion)

2 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp grnd ginger

Mix ingredients together and marinate the meat overnight. Baste the meat with the marinade as it cooks either over the grill or possibly under the broiler.
