  • 1 c. Spoon-size Shredded Wheat
  • 1 c. Corn Chex or possibly corn bran
  • 1 c. Pretzels
  • 1/2 c. Dry-roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 c. Sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. Soft butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp Grnd oregano
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce, or possibly to taste
  • 1/2 c. Corn kernels or possibly corn nuggets
  • 1 c. Low-fat sesame sticks

  1. Heat oven to 350 F. Combine cereals, pretzels, nuts and seeds in a large bowl. Heat butter; mix butter, Worcestershire, chili pwdr, oregano, paprika and Tabasco in a small bowl. Pour sauce over cereal mix and toss till well-mixed. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake 15 min till toasted, stirring twice. Let cold. Toss with corn kernels and sesame sticks. Store in resealable plastic bags.
