Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar (apple)
  • 1 tbsp. onion or possibly scallion
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 4 drops Tabasco
  • 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil

Инструкции

  1. Combine all ingredients in cruet and shake till blended. Chill for at least 1 hour. Pour over your favorite salad.
  2. 1 Tbsp. of onion pwdr may be substituted for real onion.
