1 well trimmed brisket 1 brown-n-bag 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce 1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon liquid smoke 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Инструкции

1. Place brisket in brown-n-bag; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Add in sauce to brisket. Seal bag. Punch 6 small holes in the top of the bag. Bake at 275 degrees for 6 to 8 hrs till tender.
