Рецепт Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta
When I first saw this dish I had doubts whether mayonnaise will work this a full on pasta dish, I thought it would be so rich two mouthful will be enough, I was wrong and luckily I tried it now I have a third sauce that I can use on my pasta. Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta is a game changer, at least for me, if you want pasta but looking for some other alternatives for sauce that is not white or tomato then give this a shot. Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta is one of the easiest pasta dish to make, you don’t even have to cook the sauce, usually this dish is prepared with sautéed prawns in garlic and other spices and the sauce is made out of mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce, resulting to a creamy, tangy spicy pasta dish.I don’t know the origins of this dish but I know a similar named dish with Asian origin the Bang Bang Chicken, the similarity ends on the name and both most probably have a different idea behind the name. Bang Bang Chickens name is derived from the way the meat is tenderized, using a meat mallet it gives that “Bang” sound while on this dish of ours today the “Bang” most probably have come from the chilli on the dish, making a bang on every bite.Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta Save PrintPrep time Cook time Total time Serves: 4IngredientsPasta250 g spaghetti, cooked according to packet instructions300 g medium shrimp, peeled and deveined6 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp smoked paprika½ tsp cayennefreshly ground black peppersaltolive oil2 tbsp fresh parsley, choppedred pepper flakesSauce½ cup mayonnaise¼ cup Thai sweet chili saucejuice from ½ lemon2 cloves garlic, finely minced1 tbsp srirachaInstructionsCombine and whisk all sauce ingredients on a non-reactive bowl.
