- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Cream butter to consistency of mayonnaise. Add in sugar gradually while continuing to cream. Add in large eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Put together flour, baking soda, baking pwdr and salt; sift together.
- Add in alternately with wine and lowfat milk to first mix. (Batter may look slightly curdled; this won't affect results.) Stir in bananas and walnuts.
- Spoon into well greased and lightly floured cupcake pans or possibly use paper lines, fill 2/3 full only. Bake for 10 to 15 min. Makes 2 dozen.
