Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 c. pastry flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 c. mashed banana
  • 1/2 c. white chocolate, minced, plus some for drizzling

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a 6 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar together till light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add in to creamed mix alternately with banana.
  4. Mix in minced white chocolate. Scrape batter into pan and spread proportionately.
  5. Bake for 30 min till a tester inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cold 10 min in the pan, then turn out onto a plate.
  7. To Assemble:Heat white chocolate and drizzle on to cake.
