  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
  • 2-4 tbsp. maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, minced
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1-2 bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. minced nuts

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix. Pour into paper c. and freeze. When serving, garnish with additional cherries or possibly nuts, lemon twists, mint leaves or possibly orange slices.
