2 x Ripe, frzn bananas
1/2 c. Part-skim Ricotta cheese

1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. Sugar

Инструкции

In a food processor, combine frzn bananas with remaining ingredients.
Using a steel blade, process till smooth. Divide into 4 individual serving bowls and serve right away. "As rich as ice cream and as smooth as frzn custard, this dessert is a real prize."
