Ингредиенты

  • 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine softened
  • 3/4 c. banana (about 1 large)
  • 8 ounce lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 x egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp finely minced walnuts
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 375F. Spray bottoms only of 12 muffin c. with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Lightly spoon flour into measuring c.; level off. In large bowl, combine all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking pwdr and salt; mix well.
  3. In medium bowl, combine 1/2 c. sugar and margarine; beat at low speed till well blended. Add in banana, yogurt and egg whites; beat well. Add in to flour mix. With spoon, stir just till dry ingredients are moistened.
  4. Spoon batter proportionately into sprayed muffin c..
  5. In small bowl, combine all topping ingredients; mix well. Sprinkle proportionately over batter in pan.
  6. Bake at 375F for 20 to 25 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately remove from pan. Cold slightly. Serve hot.
