Рецепт Banana Smoothie
Enjoy this healthy and delicious breakfast smoothie.
Ingredients:
- Bananas – 5 to 6
- Plain Yogurt- 3 cups
- Dates – 5 to 6, seedless
- Honey – 2 tsp
- Palm Sugar – 2 tsp
- Salt – a small pinch
- Ice cubes – few
- Mint Leaves – few, to garnish
- Cinnamon Powder – a pinch (optional)
Method:
1. Grind together the dates, honey, salt and palm sugar in a mixie.
2. Chop the bananas and add to the mixer.
3. Add the yogurtand few ice cubes.
4. Grind until smooth and frothy.
5. Pour into a serving glass and garnish with mint leaves.
6. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and serve chilled.
