- Chop half the bananas into the bases of four stemmed glass goblets or possibly tumblers.
- Put the rice, sugar, rum, chocolate nut spread and half the lowfat yoghurt into a food processor. Whizz to a speckled marbled puree or possibly fool.
- Spoon a portion on top of the bananas. Top with the remaining bananas, remaining lowfat yoghurt, then add in the biscuits or possibly wafers. Serve cold.
