Рецепт Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream {Two Ingredient}
This recipe came across my computer last year, during the height of my
weight loss journey.
It's all really quite simple:
You start with some chopped up frozen bananas….
….place them in a blender with 2 or 3 spoonfuls of peanut butter
and blend, blend, blend.
You must keep blending until everything is smooth and creamy.
Also, remember to stop the blender every so often and
push the mixture to the bottom with a mixing spoon so that everything
will have an equal chance to blend in.
…and presto…
….you have your very own banana and peanut butter ice-cream….
It will look like soft serve once it's finished.
If that isn't your thing, place the ice-cream in a container
and freeze for a couple of hours until it hardens.
Eat it plain or top it with chocolate/Nutella:
It's enjoyable either way!

(serves 4)
Ingredients:
- 4 bananas, sliced and frozen
- 2 or 3 tbsp. of peanut butter (we used creamy)
- Nutella or chocolate syrup (optional)_
Directions:
1. Place frozen banana slices and peanut butter inside a blender.
2. Blend until well combined and creamy, making sure to stop every so often to push the mixture to the bottom to make sure everything will be well blended.
3. Top with Nutella or chocolate syrup if desired.
**Libby's Notes: If soft serve isn't your thing, feel free to place the ice cream in the freezer for a few hours until it hardens.
