  • 1/4 c. Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
  • 2 Tbsp. Canola oil
  • 1 c. Mashed bananas
  • 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 Tbsp. Buttermilk, dry
  • 1 c. Oatmeal, instant
  • 2 1/2 c. Bread flour
  • 1/3 c. Oats, steel-cut
  • 1 Tbsp. Yeast

Инструкции

  1. Soak oats in 1/3 c. boiling water till the mix is at room temperature.
  2. Place all ingredients in order given in machine and program for white bread.
