Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. Mashed banana
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 6 c. Oats
  • 1 c. Minced peanuts
  • 1/3 c. Apple sauce, unsweetened
  • 2 c. Unsweetened vanilla chips
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil

Инструкции

  1. Mix ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Drop mix by spoonfuls on cookie sheet and press flat. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 min. Keep stored in an air tight container.
  4. Yield: Approximately 2 dozen cookies
  5. DIPPING SAUCE:In a double boiler heat vanilla chips and oil together and stir till smooth.
