  • 2 med Bananas, Peeled
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Or possibly One 2" Vanilla Bean
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3 c. Vodka

Инструкции

  1. Mash the bananas and add in the vanilla and cooled sugar syrup to the vodka.
  2. shake gently. Steep 1 week. Strain and filter. Et may be consumed now, but a 2 to 3 month maturing period will result in a richer flavor.
  3. Makes 4cups.
