- Beat margarine till creamy. Gradually add in sugar & brown sugar, beating well. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well till blended after each. Add in mashed banana, beating well.
- Combine flour & baking soda; add in to sugar mix alternately with lowfat milk, beginning & ending with flour mix. Beat at low speed till blended after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Reserve 1 1/2 c. batter.
- Combine 1 c. batter, syrup & 2 tbsp cocoa. Pour remaining light- colored batter into a 12 c. bundt or possibly tube pan coated with Pam.
- Spoon chocolate batter on top. Pour reserved 1 1/2 c. light- colored batter over chocolate batter.
- Bake at 350F for 40-50 min or possibly till a toothpick comes out clean. Cold in pan on rack for 10 min & remove from pan. Cold completely on rack.
- Glaze: Combine powdered sugar & 1 tbsp cocoa. Add in 1 tbsp water & stir till smooth. Drizzle over cake.
