- Preheat veg. oil to 180 C
- Make the beer batter by mixing together the flour, cocoa pwdr and beer. Once you have a smooth consistnecy cut the bananas into large finger size chunks and submerge into the batter. Carefully drop the battered bananas into the oil and fry for 3-4 min.
- Meanwhile while the bananas are cooking to make the chocolate sauce simply break the chocolate into pcs and mix with the crema and butter in a microwave container. Place on high for 2-3 min and stir.
- Serve in a suitable bowl ready for the bananas to be dipped into.
- Once the bananas are golden and floating in the veg. oil, simply remove. Drain and then roll in the caster sugar. Serve immediately with the hot chocolate sauce.
