Ингредиенты

1 1/2 c. Sugar 2/3 c. Shortening 1 tsp Vanilla 2 x Large eggs 1 c. Mashed ripe bananas (3-4 medium) 2 1/4 c. Flour

1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr 1 c. Minced nuts 1/4 c. Sugar 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 400 . In large bowl beat 1 1/4 c. sugar, shortening and vanilla till fluffy. Beat in Large eggs, then bananas. Combine flour, baking pwdr, salt and soda. Beat into sugar mix. Stir in nuts. Refrigerate30 min. Drop by tsp. 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Combine 1/4 c. sugar and the cinnamon, sprinkle over cookies. Bake 8 to 10 min, till lightly brown.
2. Makes about 5 doz. bite size cookies.
