  • 3 can Fruit cocktail (without the cherries), liquid removed
  • 5 x Bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 c. Grand manier liquer or possibly Any other orange liqueur
  • 1/2 c. Orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/2 c. Papaya puree
  • 1/4 x Fresh cream

  1. Mix fruit cocktail and banana slices. Spoon into six cocktail glasses and pour sauce over, decorate with cherries and mint leaves. Beat together the rest of the ingredients (a smooth sauce is obtained when papaya puree is prepared in a blender.
