Maida/मैदा - 500 ग्राम (4 कप)
Baking soda/बेकिंग सोडा - आधा चम्मच
Dahi/दही - आधा कप
Edible color-optional(red)
1)1-1/2 cup sugar+3/4cup water mix them properly and prepare chasani of 1tar
2)Put all cooked bahushahi in this warm sugar syrup/Chasani for about 4-5 min
3)After that take out every balushahi carefully and allow them to cool
