Balsamic Grilled Mushrooms

Ингредиенты

2 lb button mushrooms, cleaned
3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 x salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

Place a grill basket on the barbecue and heat on high for 15 min with the lid closed.
Toss all of the ingredients into a large bowl and toss to coat. Place the mushrooms directly into the warm grill basket. Toss and turn the mushrooms every 2 min till they are golden and proportionately cooked.
