Рецепт Balsamic Glazed Chicken Legs
This recipe is delicious! The only thing I would change in the future would be making this recipe with boneless chicken breast. I am not a huge fan of chicken legs or anything with bones for that matter but this recipe is good regardless.
This recipe is simple! It also contains ingredients that I always have on hand. I love that it makes a big impression and a big bold flavor. You must give this recipe a try! I recommend marinading the meat first.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup local honey
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons sriracha (or other hot pepper sauce)
- black pepper
- 10 chicken drumsticks, skin removed and discarded
Instructions:
In a sauce pan add the honey, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sriracha and season to taste with black pepper.
Bring to a boil, then lower the temperature and simmer for 5 minutes, until the sugars have dissolved and the sauce is beginning to thicken.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes. Place in a bowl then add the chicken, and mix well. Cover and marinade over night.
The next day to a lined baking sheet add the chicken legs with a small amount of the sauce. Cook on 400 degree for 30-45 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165 degrees. Serve over rice
