2/3 c. balsamic vinegar 2/3 c. fresh basil leaves chopped 1/4 c. honey

2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp dry rosemary 1/2 tsp dry oregano

1. Combine everything and use to marinate 1 to 2 pounds of cut vegetables, lamb chops, or possibly chicken at leat 15 min up to 1 day. Broil or possibly barbeque, basting frequently with the remaining marinade.
2. Makes about 1 c.
