Ингредиенты

1 c. Sugar 1/4 c. Butter melted 2 x Large eggs beaten 3 Tbsp. Amaretto or possibly cherry brandy Or possibly 1/2 tsp. almond extract 2 Tbsp. Honey

1 tsp Vanilla extract 2 c. Almond delight cereal -crushed to 1 c. 1/2 c. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr 1/2 c. Coconut flakes 1/2 c. Powdered sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, beat sugar and butter.
2. Add in Large eggs, amaretto, honey and vanilla extract, stirring till well combined. Stir in cereal, cocoa and coconut. Pour into an ungreased 2-qt casserole and bake for 30 min. Remove from oven and stir immediately till well blended. Let cold to room temperature. Shape level Tbsp. of mix into 1 1/2-inch balls. Roll each ball in powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container.
