Ингредиенты

  • 8 x Ripe tomatoes Salt
  • 1/4 c. Minced parsley
  • 2 tsp Fresh minced thyme
  • 4 x Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 Tbsp. Breadcrumbs

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut the tomatoes horizontally and remove core. Place cut-side up in a large, rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle on the salt, parsley, thyme, and garlic. Pour on the extra virgin olive oil proportionately. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake, uncovered, for about 30 min.
