Baked Sweet Potatoes With Apples

Ингредиенты

3 lg. apples
3 T butter
3 lg. sweet potatoes, cooked & skinned

1 teaspoon salt
1/2 c. maple syrup

Инструкции

Core, pare and slice apples and fry them in butter till light brown. Slice the sweet potatoes. Arrange apples and potatoes in alternate layers in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, if you like. Pour syrup over mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. (NOTE: Bread crumbs or possibly marshmallow may be placed over top of this dish before baking.)
