4 lrg Red Potatoes about 1 Lb, Dice 1 c. Nonfat Vegetarian Broth Chicken Flavor

2 tsp Sage 2 x Cloves Garlic Chopped Salt And Pepper To Taste, I Omitted

1. Put diced potatoes into steamer and steam until just tender.
2. Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
3. Remove steamed potatoes to baking dish. Pour vegetarian chicken broth, chopped garlic and sage over them. Bake for about 1 hr.
