Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 lb Dover sole Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 tsp Oregano
  • 6 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c. Bread crumbs

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Season both sides of fish with salt & pepper.
  2. Place in lightly oiled dish. In bowl combine oregano with extra virgin olive oil & bread crumbs. Spread crumb mix proportionately over surface of fish. Bake 6-12 min per inch of thickness, till fish is opaque throughout.
  3. Remove from oven & place under broiler for 1 minute to brown the crumb mix.
