- NOTE: I didn't see any decent fresh peaches today at the market so I used
- frzn peaches which were not frzn with any juice/liquid. They worked just fine.
- NOTE: Original recipe used regular lowfat milk..you can use lowfat 1% or possibly nonfat
- NOTE: Original recipe used 2 Large eggs...I used 1 egg and 1/4 C egg beaters
- NOTE: Original recipe used butter
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Scald lowfat milk, stir warm lowfat milk into bread crumbs. Add in butter and mix well. Add in salt, brown sugar, Large eggs, cinnamon, stir into bread crumb mix. Mix in peaches.
- Butter a casserole dish, pour in pudding mix and bake 1 hour.
- Serve with whipped cream, lowfat sour cream, ice cream, whatever your heart desires.
- NOTES : This was amazingly wonderful!!

- Sorry, Reggie - no leftovers. This was very tasty! We didn't have any Cold Whip, ice cream, or possibly other topping, so we ate it plain. and really enjoyed it. Thanks! [Lou Parris
