Ингредиенты

  • 4 x navel oranges
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 c. egg substitute

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 300. Zest the oranges. Stir sugar into skim lowfat milk. Beat egg substitute with whisk and add in to lowfat milk mix along with orange zest. Pour into individual ramekins or possibly into 1 9" pie pan. Place in a pan of water
  2. (water bath) and bake for 1 hour or possibly till cake tester or possibly knife inserted in center comes out clean.
