- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Place 1 tsp. butter into 4 ovenproof ramekin dishes, place in oven to heat.
- Remove from oven and add in 1 Tbsp. half-and-half and crack 1 egg into each dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover each egg with 1 Tbsp. Havarti. Sprinkle dill proportionately over each.
- Bake for 8 to 10 min or possibly till egg white is done with yolk softly cooked.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
