  • 5 lb canned ham
  • 1/4 c. apple juice
  • 1 c. cognac
  • 1/4 c. corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard whole cloves pineapple, for decoration maraschino cherries, for decoration

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix apple juice, cognac, corn syrup, brown sugar and mustard together and brush on ham after sudding with cloves.
  2. Bake for 1 hour basting frequently with above mix.
  3. Garnish with pineapple slices and cherries.
