1 pound grnd ham 3/4 pound sausage 3/4 pound grnd beef 2 c. finely grnd bread or possibly cracker crumbs 2 large eggs, slightly beaten

1 c. lowfat milk 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. vinegar 1 c. brown sugar 1 teaspoon dry mustard
