  • 3 medium green tomatoes, 2 TBSP of olive oil, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp of salt.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine above ingredients into a small bowl.
  3. Slice green tomatoes about 1/4 inch thick and place on a baking stone.
  4. Brush ingredients on tomatoes lightly.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
