- Butter small souffle cups. Press hash evenly on bottom and sides of dish. Spread catsup over hash and bake till hash is bubbly. Break 1 egg into each hash cup. Sprinkle with cheese or possibly bread crumbs. Place 1 pat of butter on each egg. Bake approximately 7 min at 400 degrees. Delicious with hot biscuits.
