Baked Cumin Pork Chops

A favorite supper in our home, the oven does all the work!

Ингредиенты

  • 4 Center Cut Pork Chops
  • one tablespoon cumin
  • one teaspoon garlic powder
  • one teaspoon onion powder
  • one teaspoon black pepper

Инструкции

  1. In a small bowl add seasoning and generously sprinkle on both sides of each pork chop, transfer to a baking sheet pan (rimmed) place into a hot 400 F oven covered with foil and bake 45 minutes (turning them at the halfway point)
  2. I serve this with cumin yellow rice and scallions, honey baby carrots to round out the meal.
