Baked Cube Steak with Mustard~Honey Sauce

Ингредиенты

  • 2 Pounds rounded Cube Steaks
  • dusting of corn meal
  • dash of white pepper, garlic salt
  • 1/4 stick melted butter
  • Scant 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tablespoons Pure Honey
  • handful of freshly chopped parsley

Инструкции

  1. On a non stick baking sheet pan (rimmed) add cube Steaks (dust both sides with cornmeal), sprinkle garlic salt and white pepper add melted butter and bake @350 F for 18 minutes
  2. For the Sauce: In a small saucepan add mustard and honey stir and heat through
  3. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley
