  • 4 x Cornish hens
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, pressed

Инструкции

  1. Rub hens with butter. Combine other ingredients and use to baste hens.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting with lemon mix every 10 min. If serving with rice, spoon remaining lemon mix over rice.
  3. Serves 4
