Baked Cod Fillets with a Sriracha Mayo Sauce

Light and Fluffy Baked Cod with a bit of a kick!

Ингредиенты

  • 4 Fresh Cod Fillets (about 2-1/2 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha, 1/2 lemon (juice only)
  • One cup Panko
  • one teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 scant Cup Sriracha
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Sweet Relish
  • Lemon Wedges for serving

Инструкции

  1. Lay your Cod Fillets on a clean work surface and brush both sides with Sriracha and Lemon Juice (mix together in a ramekin)
  2. Coat in Panko and garlic Salt each Cod Fillet and place on a rimmed baking sheet pan in a single layer
  3. Bake in a 400 F Hot Oven for 20 minutes (Or until Cod Flakes apart easily)
  4. Sauce: Mix Sriracha and real mayonnaise, sweet relish together in a small bowl, refrigerate until ready to serve
  5. Note: I like to spoon sauce on the plate then add Baked Cod FIllets on top, serve with asparagus on the side, lemon wedges
