3 lg. breasts, boned, skinned, and halved Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 c. dry white wine

1 clove chopped garlic 4 T grated Parmesan cheese Paprika

Инструкции

1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Mix wine and garlic. Add in chicken and marinate at least 1 hour. Place in greased baking dish and pour on marinade. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 45 min or possibly till tender. Serve with rice.
