- SPLIT CASING; PEEL FROM HAM. PLACE HAMS IN PAN.
- STICK CLOVES INTO HAM, ABOUT 1 INCH APART.
- COMBINE SUGAR AND VINEGAR; POUR OVER HAMS.
- INSERT MEAT THERMOMETER INTO CENTER OF HAM.
- BAKE UNCOVERED 2 TO 2 1/2 Hrs Or possibly Till MEAT THERMOMETER REGISTERS140 F.
- LET STAND 20 Min BEFORE SLICING.
