Baked Candied Sweet Potatoes

Ингредиенты

4 sweet potatoes, cooked by gently dropping into boiling water and cooking for 20 min
2 T honey

2 T brown sugar
1 sm. bowl

Инструкции

Cut the cooked sweet potatoes in half and place in a baking dish, cut side up. Mix the juice, honey, and sugar very well in a small bowl. Pour it over the potatoes and cook in a 350 degree oven for 20 min.
