8 sm. sweet potatoes
Vegetable shortening

Butter

Инструкции

Wash sweet potatoes and pat dry. Rub skins with a light coating of shortening. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 45 min to an hour, depending on size. Test for doneness by squeezing gently. Cut open and serve with a pat of butter on each potato. Makes 8 servings.
