  • 8 x Rome apples
  • 1/2 lb Butter
  • 1 c. Light brown sugar Cinnamon
  • 1 quart Egg nog
  • 1 x Vanilla bean, split lengthwise
  • 8 x Egg yolks
  • 1/4 c. Sugar

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and core apple. Stuff each apple with brown sugar and a pat of butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. In a buttered pan, bake apples for about 30 min, or possibly till soft, basting with butter after 15 min.
  2. In saucepan hot eggnog with vanilla bean till begins to steam. In separate bowl combine egg yolks with sugar. Slowly whisk egg mix into eggnog till fully incorporated
